Did you see the little restraints in the corner of the bed? I made these myself from felt and faux leather. I glued my hands and fingers together so I hope it was worth it! The tiny buckles and materials are from PSFabricShop The buckles were too shiny so they got a rusty makeover too.

I made the old fashioned crutches rusty. And you can see a small bucket of dirty water in the corner.

So far I am really happy with the overall vibe of this room. I have a few more ideas to add to it.
